We would like to invite you to share a different culinary offering, simple and wholesome both in taste and ingredients, to embark on a trip through the cuisine of our region, on a journey noted for the excellence of its natural and local products.

In the kitchen at the Mimolet, we create our dishes using all that our environment provides us with, a unique and exceptional richness, but it also incorporates elements from other cultures and we rediscover products that have often been forgotten or ignored.

We hope that this culinary journey is both enjoyable and exciting and that you take away some wonderful and delicious memories.

Our philosophy is on wines of the region, most of them ecologic, biodynamic or naturals. We like products that the Terroir offer us, and we would like to show you the cellars that share this passion with us.
