In the kitchen at the Mimolet, we create our dishes using all that our environment provides us with, a unique and exceptional richness, but it also incorporates elements from other cultures and we rediscover products that have often been forgotten or ignored.

We offer a unique, varied and affordable menu, that changes every second Tuesday of the month, designed for the diner to discover and enjoy a cuisine created in harmony with the environment and the climate, with the possibility of matching the food with a selection of local wines.

Our philosophy is based on local wines, many of them organic, biodynamic or natural. We love the products provided by our region for what they are, and want to publicise wineries who share this passion.
